A tongue-in-cheek ‘Pétulant’ Naturel: fermenting Malvasia juice is added to Malvasia wine, giving a second fermentation in bottle. Cloudy from the lees, it is an expressive, fun fizz with pretty honeysuckle notes, apricot and passion fruit.
