Petite Sirah 2019

Petite Sirah is part of California’s wine history. Wines can be big and jammy, but Patrick has picked earlier, used whole bunch fermentation, and aged in neutral oak, to show a more elegant side to the grape, with peppery/tobacco-like aromas and a herbal undertone to the fruit.
