Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2018

The grapes come from diverse sites bordering the Sonoma County coast, and each vineyard is influenced by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. In the late afternoon, marine winds carry cool fog to blanket these sites, sometimes until late the next morning, lengthening the hang time of the grapes, allowing complex flavours to develop. Clones used were UCD37; 667; 777; 115; Swan; Martini Pommard. The fruit was 100% destemmed. Aged for 10 months in 44% New French oak.
