Lieu Dit Cabernet Franc Sans Soufre 2019

sourced from own rooted vines planted at the Happy Canyon Vineyard in the east side of the Santa Ynez Valley. The wine is fermented using native yeast. Once dry, Justin and Erik racked the juice and press off the whole cluster lots. The wine is transferred to neutral oak barrels for the winter. Once malo is complete they transfer to tank prior to bottling without sulphur. This is relevant when making the purest expression of the wine possible. Lieu Dit’s Cabernet Franc is exactly that – pure and juicy cold-climate red wine.
