Description
100% estate-grown fruit. Oak-aged reserve wines are added to the blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvée in the traditional Louis Roederer style and only the cuvée is used. Zero to minimal MLF is used to ensure the wines age well and retain their fresh precision. For colour, winemaker Arnaud Weyrich prepares a small portion of Pinot Noir wine with extended maceration and adds 3-5% to the blend before secondary fermentation, imparting a subtle salmon tinge. Residual sugar: 11g/L.
