Tendu Cortese 2019

The tendu range has migrated from a 1 litre bottle and crown cap, to a more environmentally friendly, American made glass bottle and compostable cork.

100% Cortese sourced from the deep clay loam soils of the organic Lost Slough vineyard in the southern most part of the Clarksburg AVA. Fermented and matured in neutral oak, where it completed both primary and malolactic. Bottled with minimal sulphur, no fining or filtration.
