Description
The Tendu range has migrated from a 1 litre bottle and crown cap, to a more environmentally friendly, American made 75cl glass bottle and compostable cork.
A Barbera led blend, with some Aglianico, Montepulciano and small quantities of Rhone varieties sourced from two vineyards in the Dunnigan Hills AVA on pink, gravelly soils. Fermented cool without additions according to cultivar in stainless steel, and aged in neutral oak for 5 months. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
