Description
A textured and profoundly age worthy white inspired by A & D owner Kashy's love for Domaine de Chevalier. Sourced from two organically farmed vineyards in Oak Knoll and Yountville, with the Semillon being sourced from an 80+ year old vineyard, quite the rarity in Napa. Fermented in oak and remained sur lie without battonage for 12 months, with 15% new French oak from two coupers and the remainder in neutral. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
