Sourced from the Vista Luna vineyard in the north east corner of Lodi, at the edge of the Sierra Foothills planted on rocky, cobbled soils. Pressed as 100% whole bunches and barrel fermented, where it remained sue lie for 10 months. No sulphur until bottling, no fining or filtration.
